Hi, I am Tim.
I am a California licensed real estate agent and a 22-year California attorney, in Southern California since 1999 and rooted in coastal Orange County. Coastal Orange County is my specialty and the stretch I know best; I serve every city in the county and the rest of Southern California by request. I built my law practice around careful, detail-driven work that keeps clients out of trouble, and I am bringing that same discipline to real estate.
Coaching Special Olympics Southern California since 1999 has shaped how I show up for the people I work with. Trust matters. Communication matters. Doing what you say you will do matters.
